Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outgoing Tourism Manager, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Outgoing Tourism Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of guided tours and tourism operations. Responsibilities include creating and managing tourism packages, maintaining high standards of customer service, collaborating on tourism marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold the company's commitment to professional and reliable travel services.

  • Strong expertise in Guided Tours and Tourism Management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Experience in Tourism Marketing and creating engaging travel packages
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for the tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency considered an asset
