Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Tourism Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, consulting with clients on their travel requirements, and providing expert advice. Daily tasks include working closely with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience, offering training on travel options, and delivering top-notch customer service to address any queries or concerns. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will also be essential to fulfill client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Planning and Consulting to create personalized travel itineraries and offer expert guidance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in providing Training or guidance on travel processes and options
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with travel industry tools and software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
