Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Procurement Engineer Manager (MEP)
at SAMMAN Group, based in Ad-Duqqi. The role involves managing procurement activities, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, handling purchase orders, processing requests for quotations (RFQs), and ensuring cost-effective sourcing for MEP projects. The Procurement Engineer Manager will assess supplier performance, collaborate closely with internal teams, and streamline the procurement process to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (
    Mech & Elec
    ), or a related field is preferred
  • Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and processing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for procurement
  • Proficiency in preparing, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs, trends, and procurement efficiencies
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and procurement processes
  • Proven experience in project management and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with construction and electromechanical materials is advantageous
