Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role located in El Zahraa. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role includes preparing and distributing paychecks, handling payroll inquiries, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist will assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and collaborate with the HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in payroll or finance are advantageous
