The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing sales of uniforms and corporate wear solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of uniform orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients (hotels, restaurants, corporates, schools, factories, airlines, hospitals, etc.).
  • Present uniform solutions, fabric options, and customization possibilities to clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and fittings when required.
  • Handle client inquiries, revisions, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and production cycle.

Order Coordination

  • Collect accurate order details (styles, quantities, sizes, colors, logos, delivery timelines).
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor order progress and update clients on timelines.
  • Support collections, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of uniform fabrics, fits, trims, and branding techniques.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain updated client records and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Ensure all approvals and confirmations are properly documented.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (uniforms, textiles, fashion, or B2B sales is a plus).

  • Ability to understand technical garment details.
