Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth delivery of our projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, and hands-on experience managing complex software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation

Lead Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ensure Agile best practices are followed across teams.

Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth progress.

Maintain and optimise team velocity and delivery cadence.

Project Management

Plan, manage, and track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Create and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritisation.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog.

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed and met.

Team Leadership & Coaching

Coach development teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Support team members in understanding roles, responsibilities, and Agile values.

Quality & Process Improvement

Promote the use of KPIs and metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown, etc.) to improve performance.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

Ensure compliance with organisational standards, delivery frameworks, and governance guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.

Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PSM I/II or any Agile certification.

Experience delivering projects within SaaS, FinTech, AI, or E-commerce environments.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
