Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an HSE Engineer. The HSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, developing safety programs, organizing and delivering training sessions, and ensuring adherence to occupational health regulations and safety protocols. The role involves collaboration with diverse teams to create a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
- Knowledge of Occupational Health principles and Safety Engineering concepts
- Experience in organizing and delivering effective Training sessions related to HSE
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, audits, and creating safety policies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IS MUST
