Position Overview

The
E-commerce Manager
will lead Okhtein's online business strategy, driving growth, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

This role requires a data-driven leader with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and luxury brand management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and AOV.
  • Create and monitor growth forecasts and KPIs.

2. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track key metrics: AOV, ROI, ROAS, CRO.
  • Utilize GA4, Clarity, and AI tools for data insights and behavior forecasting.
  • Conduct A/B testing and deliver performance reports.

3. Omnichannel Digital Marketing

  • Manage campaigns across email, Meta/Google Ads, SEO, and social media.
  • Oversee content strategy and ensure brand alignment across channels.
  • Synchronize online and in-store activations.

4. Website UX & Conversion Optimization

  • Oversee the full online shopping experience: navigation, checkout, personalization.
  • Collaborate with tech and design teams to refine UX/UI.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and customer engagement.

5. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive acquisition through referral programs, partnerships, and strategic promotions.
  • Strengthen retention via CRM segmentation, automation, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate on tiered customer programs with luxury privileges.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage the e-commerce and marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient spend for high ROI, ROAS, and CPO performance.
  • Oversee the E-commerce P&L.

7. Trend Analysis & Benchmarking

  • Monitor competitors, digital trends, and new platform opportunities.
  • Identify and propose innovation-driven strategies.

8. Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Align with internal teams (Product, Sales, CRM, Tech, Customer Service).
  • Manage external media and digital agencies.

9. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team (media buying, UX, CRM, content).
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Conduct training on digital tools and analytics.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or Digital Strategy
    .
  • 5+ years
    of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (luxury/fashion preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    GA4, Clarity, Excel, Hotjar
    , and similar tools.
  • Experience with
    Shopify
    ,
    Klaviyo
    , and performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
