Finishing Services Manager
for one of our clients,
Real Estate Company
, located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Lead and manage both the
    Contracting
    and
    Finishing Operations
    teams to ensure efficient coordination between commercial agreements and on-site execution.
  • Oversee the
    contracting process
    with finishing and fit-out companies — from vendor identification, negotiation, and evaluation to contract finalization.
  • Approve and monitor
    contracting budgets, BOQs, and pricing models
    , ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Supervise the
    execution of finishing works
    across all sites to ensure compliance with technical specifications, approved drawings, and brand standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to
    HSE standards and company safety policies
    across all finishing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • From
    8
    to
    10
    years of experience in
    Contracting
    /
    finishing
    works
    , including at least
    5 years
    in
    Real Estate companies (MUST).
  • Strong experience in
    managing large-scale residential and commercial finishing projects.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
    (Primavera or MS Project).
