Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales Intern, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The Sales Intern will assist in building client relationships, supporting sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting sales management, assisting with customer service inquiries, participating in training programs, and contributing to achieving sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a collaborative and creative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to assist in executing sales strategies.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training programs to develop professional skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
