Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Community Manager, located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Social Media Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the company's online community. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, responding to comments and messages, monitoring social media channels, analyzing engagement metrics, and developing strategies to increase community engagement. Interaction with various departments to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives is expected.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Management, Community Engagement, and Content Creation skills
  • Experience with Social Media Analytics and Engagement Metrics
  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools and Platforms
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in El Sheikh Zaid and collaborate with different departments
  • Experience in IMC services or the communication industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
