Kaline Cosmetics is a manufacturing company based in Cairo, Egypt that specializes in the production of various types of aerosol and perfume products. With a focus on deodorants, body sprays, and air fresheners, the company uses the latest and most advanced technologies in its manufacturing processes. Kaline Cosmetics plans to further expand and explore other parts of the cosmetics business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist, located in 6th of October. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining purchasing processes, and overseeing purchase management. Daily tasks include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role involves working closely with the production and finance teams to meet the company's purchasing needs and budget constraints.

Qualifications

Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management

Skilled with Purchase Orders and managing purchase documentation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is a plus

Must be a resident of 6th of October or Giza.

Previous experience in purchasing raw materials for manufacturing and other company needs.

Ability to build and maintain reliable supplier networks.

_ Responsibilities:

Manage all company purchasing activities, including raw materials for production and other supplies.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Location: 6th of October City

Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 6 days/week
