We are seeking a skilled BIM Operator to support the design and documentation process of architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to produce accurate models and drawings that comply with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to coordinate design elements.
  • Update and revise drawings/models as needed based on design changes.
  • Assist in implementing BIM standards and workflows across projects.
  • Support clash detection, model coordination, and project delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a BIM Operator / Draftsman with Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of BIM processes, construction drawings, and documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks) is an advantage.
