Role Overview

The Junior Customer Program Coordinator supports the Customer Program Manager in handling daily communication with automotive customers and ensuring programs run smoothly.

You will help coordinate new product launches, follow up on customer requirements, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to keep everything on track.

This role is ideal for juniors looking to build a career in business development, customer management, and automotive program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication


• Act as a daily point of contact for assigned customers.


• Support in handling customer requests, emails, and follow-ups.


• Join customer visits and prepare meeting notes or action lists.

Program Coordination


• Assist in launching new customer programs and tracking progress.


• Help prepare APQP and PPAP documents under supervision.


• Review customer requirements and share them with the internal teams.

Production & Quality Support


• Follow up on production status related to customer programs.


• Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve quality or delivery issues.


• Support in tracking customer complaints and improvement actions.

Documentation & Reporting


• Prepare updates, simple reports, and summaries for management.


• Help maintain records for audits and customer-specific requirements.

Internal Alignment


• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.


• Ensure information flows clearly across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related fields.


• Basic understanding of manufacturing or automotive processes (preferred).


• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.


• Good organizational skills and ability to follow up on multiple tasks.


• Team player, eager to learn, and comfortable working across departments.


• Ability to travel between the factory and customer sites when needed.
