Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and grow Shift s social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Create and schedule engaging content tailored for each target market and demographic.

Oversee campaign performance and analytics to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Strategic Marketing Planning

Develop and execute marketing plans in coordination with Shift s network of international remittance agents.

Design corridor-specific campaigns (e.g., GCC to Asia & Africa) to drive transaction volumes.

Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer behavior across targeted regions.

Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data-driven insights.

Identify emerging opportunities and propose innovative marketing initiatives.

Partner & Agent Relations

Act as the main marketing contact for existing agent partners.

Build and maintain relationships with partner marketing teams to co-develop campaigns and promotional activities.

Track performance metrics and ensure all agents have updated marketing materials and brand assets.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Master s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, remittance, banking, or telecom sectors.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, market research, and partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate marketing campaigns across several markets.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
