Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Exhibition Operation Coordinator in an administrative capacity. The role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of exhibitions, managing logistics, ensuring smooth event execution, and serving as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities may include handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring excellence in administrative support for various projects.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance and operations management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage professional relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client needs efficiently
- Demonstrated analytical skills to resolve problems and improve processes
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with exhibition or event management processes is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are an advantage
