Provides Lead role in the plasma Material Handling Unit. Responsibilities to ensure Material Handlers operations are performed in correct way for all Plasma Handling, handles and moves boxes and pallets, both manually and with handling equipment, of plasma and plasma fractions often times in refrigerated areas and in freezers with temperatures of -30c or colder. The work must be done with care, precision, and timeliness to maintain accurate inventory, to avoid breakage of material, and to support other logistics operations that depend on material movements utilizing the Plasma Logistics System (PLS) to ensure the highest level of compliance.

Internal: Operations, Quality.

External: Third parties warehouse, Audits and Regulatory agencies.

Key responsibility

Lead the receipt, handling, verification, storage, and distribution of plasma to ensure compliance, safety, and conformance to procedures as specified by Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP's.

Assure that each plasma shipment, production unit, and lot meet all applicable quality, storage, and production requirements and ensure that each plasma lot is delivered in a timely manner to appropriate customers.

Assure that each individual unit of plasma that is deemed unacceptable for further processing is Individually removed, accounted for, and ultimately dispositioned according to documented procedures.

Lead the training, and directly mentor employees in the Plasma Material Handling Unit employee relations, and quality standards to ensure effective work team performance is maintained.

Coordinate and provide oversight to all inventory transactions relating to the storage and movement of raw plasma.

Maintain inventory accuracy levels at agreed upon targets.

Partner with internal customers including quality operations, on a variety of issues to ensure the highest level of compliance.

Work closely with Quality Operations group to handle plasma movement.

Academic experience required

High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Professional Experience Required

Preferred, a minimum of 1 years of related experience.

Computing Skills

Experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in ERP systems.

Personal Skills
Strong communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Able to organize matters and multi-task.
Work cooperatively with others.

Languages
Written and spoken Basic English and Arabic.
