Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy for the vegetable seeds business. This includes developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing supplier relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence. The role requires a strong agricultural background, solid marketing expertise, and proven leadership skills to drive market share, customer engagement, and business growth.

Skilled in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and driving business growth. A collaborative leader with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of aligning marketing initiatives with company goals and market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote the company's seeds business
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, ) and traditional (print, events, direct marketing).
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer behavior, and competitive landscape specific to the agriculture industry.
- Develop tailored marketing materials that showcase the unique features, performance, and benefits of the company's vegetable seed portfolio, addressing the specific needs and challenges of farmers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Strengthen the company's brand presence across regions, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment for campaigns and activities.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or any related field.
- 7+ years of marketing and sales experience, preferably within the vegetable seeds sector.
- Strong knowledge of major crops and hybrids.
- Proven track record in product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to analyze field trials, sales performance, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, product positioning, and portfolio management.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and the agriculture sector's unique needs.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
