Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager at Alfa Medical Group, located in Giza. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and services within the engineering department. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and auditing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement, providing training to staff, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Control systems, policies, and procedures.
  • -Supervise inspection and testing processes to ensure compliance with engineering, medical, and operational standards.
  • -Conduct internal audits and support external quality assessments (ISO, CAP, etc.).
  • -Lead root cause analysis and establish corrective/preventive action plans.
  • -Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to top management.
  • -Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to maintain and enhance quality performance.

Requirements:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality Management (Engineering background is highly preferred).
  • -8–9 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within engineering or healthcare projects.
  • -Quality Certification is a must (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • -Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • -Excellent command of English.
