Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Agile Leadership & Facilitation

  2. Ceremony Mastery: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  3. Team Coaching: Actively coach the team on Agile values, Scrum practices, and DevOps mindsets to improve self-organization and delivery speed.

  4. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove blockers that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.

  5. Agile Evolution: Promote agility within the team to ensure they can pivot effectively when requirements or priorities change.

  6. Strategic Project Management

  7. Planning & Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project plans that track progress against milestones, ensuring delivery remains within scope and on schedule.

  8. Resource Oversight: Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently

  9. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and providing transparent, data-driven status reports.

  10. Scope & Change Control: Define project objectives with stakeholders and manage changes in scope or cost using appropriate verification techniques.

  11. Risk, Quality, & Delivery

  12. Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for potential project risks before they impact the timeline.

  13. Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the defined quality standards and technical requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles, with a proven track record of hands-on delivery.

  • Methodology: Strong, practical understanding of Agile principles and Waterfall-Agile hybrids

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in project management, like JIRA/ TFS, and Microsoft Project.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage
