Responsibilities
:

  • Supervise production lines and monitor workers' performance to ensure adherence to daily production plans.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with the maintenance team to repair mechanical breakdowns promptly.
  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring failures, and develop solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in improving production processes and enhancing resource utilization efficiency.
  • Apply occupational safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare daily reports on production and maintenance activities and submit them to management.
  • Train new workers on proper machine operation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the execution of continuous improvement and development plans within the production department.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance systems (preventive and corrective).
  • Proficiency in
    SolidWorks
    and
    AutoCAD
    for designing and preparing mechanical parts and layouts.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and ERP system.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
