The company has been providing its services since 2008. Arope Insurance is dedicated to ensuring financial security and protection for its clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in dokki Giza. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This individual will enforce regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. Daily tasks may include creating and managing effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations, regularly reviewing company procedures to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues, and designing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Excellent communication skills
- Risk management skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance management position
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
