QHSE Compliance Manager

Overview:
The
QHSE Compliance Manager
will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on internal and external audits of Antipollution Egypt's management systems, primarily focused on ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO This role is crucial for identifying areas of non-conformance, recommending corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement across our processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning & Execution:

o   Develop comprehensive audit plans, schedules, and checklists in accordance with relevant ISO standards and company policies.

o   Conduct internal and external (supplier/contractor) audits across various departments and operational sites (including Cairo, Suez and Port Said), covering quality, environmental, health & safety, and other relevant management systems.

o   Gather objective evidence through observation, interviews, and document review.

o   Identify non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.

Reporting & Follow-up:

o   Prepare clear, concise, and accurate audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations.

o   Present audit findings to relevant stakeholders, including management.

o   Track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audits.

o   Verify the closure of non-conformities and ensure their sustained effectiveness.

System Maintenance & Improvement:

o   Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by suggesting enhancements to processes, procedures, and documentation based on audit findings.

o   Support management reviews by providing audit data and insights.

o   Assist in maintaining ISO certifications by ensuring ongoing compliance with standard requirements.

Training & Awareness:

o   Conduct Safety training on regular basis.

o     Understanding of ISO standards and audit processes among employees.

o   Potentially assist in delivering internal training on ISO requirements and audit methodologies.

·
Compliance & Risk Management:

o   Stay up-to-date with changes in ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality, environmental, and health & safety management.

o   Contribute to risk assessment processes from an audit and compliance perspective.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in : Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in auditing management systems, with demonstrable experience as a
QHSE Compliance Manager
.

·
Certified ISO Lead Auditor
(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO from a recognized certification body. Multiple certifications are highly preferred.

·
NEBOSH Certified.

· Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO Environmental Management), and ISO Occupational Health & Safety Management).

· Proficiency in audit software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
Arabic and English
