Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated
Demand Planner Specialist
to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in forecasting demand, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring optimal stock levels to support smooth business operations.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market insights.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment plans.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and report deviations.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a
    Cost Accountant
    in the
    F&B / Restaurant / Coffee industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    inventory control, recipe costing, and POS systems
    .
  • Advanced Excel skills experience with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERP Next, or SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
