About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Operations Analyst
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in analyzing data, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate reporting to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support forecasting, pricing, and sales target tracking.
  • Identify trends and insights to support strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business support.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
