(SEO & Google Services Specialist)

Icon Expo for Exhibitions & Conferences is seeking a talented
SEO & Google Services Specialist
to join our dynamic team in
Alexandria, Egypt
(Full-time, On-site).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SEO performance (On-page & Off-page) across company websites and landing pages.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Analyze insights and data from
    Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
    .
  • Improve user experience and conversion rates (CRO).
  • Optimize and manage the company's
    Google Business Profile
    for maximum local visibility (Local SEO).
  • Develop keyword strategies and SEO-driven content planning.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance regularly.
  • Support the marketing team in
    digital recruitment campaigns
    using Google tools.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google tools:
    GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner
    .
  • Solid understanding of web performance optimization and site structure.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking.
  • SEO content writing or familiarity with content strategy is a plus.
  • Experience in
    Saudi or GCC markets
    is a strong advantage.

  • إدارة وتحسين الظهور على محركات البحث (On-Page & Off-Page SEO).
  • إدارة الحملات الإعلانية عبر Google Ads (Search – Display – YouTube – Performance Max).
  • تحليل البيانات والتقارير من Google Analytics وSearch Console وTag Manager.
  • تحسين تجربة المستخدم وزيادة معدل التحويل (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • إدارة ملفات النشاط التجاري على Google Business Profile وتحسين ظهورها المحلي (Local SEO).
  • المساهمة في وضع إستراتيجية الكلمات المفتاحية وتخطيط الحملات التسويقية الرقمية.
  • متابعة الأداء المستمر ورفع تقارير شهرية دقيقة حول النتائج والتحسينات.
  • دعم الفريق في حملات التوظيف الرقمية عبر أدوات Google.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في SEO وGoogle Ads.
  • إلمام قوي بأدوات Google (Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner).
  • معرفة بتقنيات تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة، الـ UX، والـ Structure.
  • قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على الأرقام.
  • مهارات كتابة محتوى متوافق مع محركات البحث (SEO Content Writing) ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في السوق السعودي أو الخليجي تعتبر إضافة ممتازة.
