Sr. Customer Service Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Site Awareness and Monitoring:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all units across the project, including their exact locations.
- Stay informed of each unit's status, such as construction, finishing, or fit-out stages.
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on all project developments and operational service launches.
- Prepare concise on-site updates and reports for the Customer Service Department, reflecting current progress and key site highlights.
2. Coordination with the Customer Service Department:
- Act as the on-site point of contact for customer-related inquiries, ensuring accurate information flow between the site and the Customer Service team.
- Provide up-to-date and verified details about units, services, and project progress for database updates.
- Support Customer Service in maintaining transparent communication with clients regarding project milestones and site conditions.
3. Client Visits and On-Site Guidance:
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to schedule and organize client visits to the site.
- Welcome clients upon arrival and guide them through an informative project tour highlighting key features and current progress.
- Accompany clients to their respective units, explaining any updates or ongoing developments.
- Participate in handover visits alongside the Handover Engineer, assisting clients by clarifying handover points and helping resolve any site-related issues only (without engaging in documentation or office-related procedures).
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or property handover coordination within the real estate or construction sector in Egypt.
- Proven experience in site inspections, snagging, and handover processes is a must.
