Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior layouts that align with client specifications and project objectives. Key responsibilities include developing space plans, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy. The designer will also oversee project stages to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and expertise in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure design feasibility and precision.
  • Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including the ability to curate and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and materials.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
