Role Summary

The Project Execution & Operations Supervisor is responsible for
overseeing the operation and monitoring the daily execution
of engineering project activities. The core mission is to ensure that work progresses strictly according to planned schedules and technical standards, while effectively coordinating between different internal and external departments to achieve project goals with maximum efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site Execution Supervision:

  2. Monitor on-site work to ensure full compliance with approved drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

  3. Ensure all project milestones are met according to the agreed-upon timeline (schedule adherence).

  4. Resource & Inter-Departmental Coordination:

  5. Coordinate between execution teams, procurement, and maintenance departments to ensure the timely and adequate availability of necessary resources, equipment, and materials.

  6. Performance Reporting:

  7. Prepare and submit periodic operational reports (
    Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
    ) detailing work progress, site performance metrics, and technical issues.

  8. System Monitoring & Maintenance:

  9. Monitor the performance and operational status of all critical site equipment and operating systems (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Infrastructure, HVAC) relevant to the project type.

  10. Problem Solving & Optimization:

  11. Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective technical solutions to minimize downtime, reduce system failures, or eliminate waste/spoilage.

  12. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  13. Supervise the strict implementation of occupational safety guidelines (HSE standards) and ensure a safe and secure working environment for all personnel.

  14. Planning & Documentation:

  15. Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive operation and maintenance plans for various project phases.

  16. Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (
    SOPs
    ) and ensure their consistent and correct application on-site.

  17. Stakeholder Communication:

  18. Maintain continuous and effective communication with consultants and sub-contractors to proactively resolve any technical conflicts, discrepancies, or site observations.

  19. Cost Efficiency & Improvement:

  20. Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency and reducing the project's long-term operational and running costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    7+ years) in site supervision, project execution, or operations management, preferably within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, HVAC) and construction methodologies.
  • Communication:
    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Software:
    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software is highly preferred
