Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo. The role involves handling day-to-day real estate transactions, managing client relationships, performing market analysis, and providing expert insights. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Real estate market knowledge and experience in brokerage
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and property valuation
  • Experience in preparing property listings and conducting property tours
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
