We're Hiring – Title Curative Specialist

The Title Shop is looking for a Title Curative with a solid understanding of the American real estate legal documents. If you have experience in real estate and a strong eye for detail, this offline role might be perfect for you.

If you are ex Acquisition, lead manager, cold caller or Dispo agent. You have a great chance to be accepted.

If you are looking for an 80% admin work job with minimal on the phone work this is the role for you

Salary: $650/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST (New York Time)

Low Task Load – Requires focus & organization

Location: Hybrid

• 3 weeks remote from home

• 1 week/month at our Sheikh Zayed office with 10 USD transportation allowance per day.

Requirements:

General knowledge of the American real estate contracts & legal documents

Understanding of real estate terms, timelines & compliance

Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills

Able to start September 1st
