Job Description

RPA Consultants will work on the PSS project to identify, design, and implement automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and others. They will assess business processes for automation feasibility, prepare design documentation (PDD/SDD), develop and test RPA bots, deploy them to production, monitor performance during hypercare, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

The role includes coordinating with stakeholders and SMEs to capture requirements, presenting automation proposals and updates, documenting solutions and user manuals, and training teams on managing and monitoring bots. Consultants may also integrate bots with APIs, databases, OCR tools, and intelligent automation components when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Experience in RPA solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting (VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, C#), SQL, REST APIs, OCR tools, and basic AI/ML concepts
  • 2+ years RPA experience for junior roles; 3–5+ years for mid/senior roles
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, creating PDD/SDD, and aligning automation with business rules
  • Preferred certifications: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing tools, environments, and business priorities
