Works within the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence team to create robotic process automation solutions for the business. The role is a key link between the technology teams, process excellence and business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered for candidate activities that can be turned into RPAs and can drive meaningful and measurable business values.

  • Supervise the end-to-end RPA and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
  • Review & analyze complex business processes for RPAs targeted processes.
  • Works with his team members to develop RPA and other intelligent Automation projects.
  • Develop the RPA solution that meets the business requirements.
  • Execute test scenarios to assure that the RPAs developed are delivering the ROI and objectives needed and record its results for approvals and future references.
  • Perform code review and validation testing on junior members code s to make sure the results are meeting the business requirement and CoE standards.
  • Support and guide junior team members.
  • Develop the complex modules in the process.
  • Plan with his team leader the complementary solutions which will be developed by him.
  • Develop the complementary solution for the RPA such as process mining, task mining analytics etc.
  • Follow up and engage with AI team members to ensure the alignment for the execution in complementary solution for the RPA which will be executed by AI to achieve the final goal for the intelligent automation.
  • Support the support team members in solving complex issues.
  • Perform L3 support tasks, Assess CRs and create PDDs and SDDs for change requests and arrange with his team leader to plan change requests.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.

Special Certification or Training Required:

RPA Developer Advanced level UiPAth is an asset.

RPA Analyst from UiPath.

RPA solution Architect from UiPath.

RPA infrastructure certificate is a plus.

Required Industry Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT/Telecom/Digital Transformation related jobs.

2+ Years of Experience in RPA.

Technological Requirements:

Very good Knowledge in at least one of the following programming languages C# - Java – Python is a must

Good knowledge in JavaScript is a plus

A very good knowledge in OOP is a must

A very good knowledge in APIs (RESTful and SOAP) is a must

A very good knowledge in Database is a must

A good background in different OCR tools and engines is a plus

A good knowledge about testing – creating test cases is a must

A good analytical skill is preferred

Fair knowledge of Oracle suites & other digital transformation related solutions, specifically in Robotic Process Automation arena.

Language Requirements: Very Good in English
