Role Description

This full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, involves managing the maintenance of facilities and equipment at Global Medical City. As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure all machinery and equipment are in excellent working condition. Additional responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams and ensuring safety standards and compliance are met across all facilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Maintenance Management, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience with Equipment Maintenance and optimizing performance of machinery.
  • Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, train, and manage maintenance teams and personnel.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing maintenance plans and protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in healthcare or similar industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
