We are currently seeking a
Creator Outreach Specialist
to join our team on behalf of one of our U.S.-based clients, a lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering women and mothers through purposeful planning tools and content.

Position Overview

The Creator Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing partnerships with digital creators and influencers through
Shopify Collabs
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using the platform and a proven record of managing influencer relationships, particularly within the
lifestyle, motherhood, productivity, or wellness
spaces.

This is a part-time, remote position requiring 15 hours of work per week. The role is ideal for a professional who is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing influencer communications and UGC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize
    Shopify Collabs
    to research, identify, and recruit micro-influencers and creators that align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Develop and send personalized outreach messages that reflect the brand's tone and relationship-driven communication style.
  • Manage all influencer communication, submissions, approvals, and partnership tracking.
  • Coordinate product samples, content deadlines, and deliverables with approved creators.
  • Follow up with creators to ensure delivery of high-quality UGC content such as Reels, TikToks, and photography.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, influencer performance, and campaign metrics.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience using Shopify Collabs
    for influencer or creator outreach (required).
  • Demonstrated experience managing influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or partnership coordination.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills in English
    .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with
    UGC content
    ,
    Spark Ads
    , and
    TikTok Shop collaborations
    .
  • Must be
    female
    and preferably a
    mother
    , with a natural understanding of motherhood and lifestyle audiences.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining consistent communication.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Monthly Compensation:
    7,000 EGP
  • Working Hours:
    15 hours per week (flexible schedule, remote)
