Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Arabic Account representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, delivering excellent service, and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience. The role requires fluent Arabic communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written Arabic
- Proven ability in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analytical skills to solve problems efficiently and improve services
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and collaborate with team members
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous
- Ability to work in a busy team environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills
