Job Purpose:

The Software Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and uphold iTechsDI's standards for innovation, reliability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end software project lifecycle management from initiation to deployment.


• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.


• Collaborate with geospatial, AR/VR, and software development teams to ensure seamless execution.


• Manage communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.


• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.


• Monitor progress, prepare regular status reports, and maintain project documentation.


• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and industry best practices.


• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and change management processes.


• Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).


• 5+ years of experience in software project management, ideally within geospatial or AR/VR domains.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.


• Experience managing distributed or remote development teams is an advantage.
