Role Summary

The 
Site Engineer
 is responsible for the 
day-to-day execution of construction works on site
, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy 
hands-on construction, coordination, and problem-solving on site
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate 
    daily site activities and workforce
  • Ensure works are executed according to 
    approved shop drawings and method statements
  • Coordinate with 
    technical office, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor 
    quality, productivity, and construction progress
  • Ensure strict compliance with 
    HSE and safety regulations
  • Prepare 
    daily site reports, inspections, and progress updates
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
  • Identify and report 
    site issues, delays, or technical challenges

Requirements

  • BSc in 
    Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years site experience
  • (industrial or factory projects strongly preferred)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret 
    drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Good knowledge of 
    construction sequencing and site execution
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Very good English
  • BIM / Revit awareness is a plus
