Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Site Engineer role, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Engineer will oversee construction and flooring material projects, ensuring that all work adheres to quality standards and structural specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with project teams, maintaining project quality control, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on-site with construction projects and hands-on project management skills
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Quality control knowledge to maintain high standards of materials and processes
  • Background in civil or structural engineering, with an understanding of design and technical principles
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to construction and engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in flooring materials or construction projects in Egypt is a plus
