Key Responsibilities

  • Recording daily journal entries and accounting adjustments in line with the restaurant chain's financial policies.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing regular reconciliations with suppliers and customers across multiple branches.
  • Controlling petty cash and reviewing daily operating expenses for all outlets.
  • Reviewing and recording purchase invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and goods received notes.
  • Preparing monthly consolidated financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Monitoring fixed assets across all branches, conducting periodic counts, and recording depreciation.
  • Supporting periodic inventory counts in coordination with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing all required financial documentation.
  • Managing POS systems and performing daily reconciliations between POS reports and the accounting system for all locations.

⁦⁩Qualifications

  • ⁦Proven hands-on experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting major.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry.
  • High attention to numbers with strong accuracy and detail orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in account analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
