We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Maintenance Engineer
to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our Ready-Mixed Concrete Batch Plant. The successful candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance of all plant equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.

  • Safety & Compliance.
  • Operational Support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelore Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in maintenance within a heavy industrial environment, preferably in a
    Ready-Mixed Concrete Batch Plant.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting electrical components.
  • Proficiency in mechanical repairs, including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and conveyor systems.
  • Skilled in industrial welding and metal fabrication.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality work.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
