Better Mix is hiring – Outdoor Civil Sales Engineer.

We are looking for a
dynamic Sales Engineer
to join our team and play a key role in expanding our ready-mix concrete business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients to boost sales
  • Conducting market research to analyze demand and opportunities
  • Meeting clients, closing deals, and ensuring top-quality service
  • Coordinating production, delivery, and post-pour client satisfaction
  • Preparing sales reports and ensuring smooth collections

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 0-1 years of experience in ready mix concrete is required.
  • Must have a Car.
  • Must be a Civil Engineering Graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Good command of English.
  • Market research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
