Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior OD (Organizational Development) professional located in Giza. The Senior OD will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing organizational development strategies and initiatives. This role will involve conducting assessments, designing and facilitating training programs, and leading change management efforts. The Senior OD will work closely with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Talent Management
  • Strong skills in Training Program Design, Facilitation, and Employee Development
  • Analytical and Assessment skills for conducting organizational assessments and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in the HR field or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
