Job Title: Sales Electrical Engineer

Work location: Out-Door

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:-

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management:-

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering post-sale support and handling any customer concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitches and proposals for customer acquisition.

  • Develop and maintain a client database and manage leads

  • Market Research and Strategy:-

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market conditions.

  • Reporting:-

  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and share insights with management.

  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications that must be present:-

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales within the electrical engineering industry (MV, LV, etc.). is a must.

Skills Required:-

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel as required, meeting clients, and attending industry events.

  • Good command of English.
