.NET Technical Lead – Hybrid (New Cairo)

Full-time hybrid role
with work-from-home flexibility. The .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a development team, architecting and developing .NET applications, and working on either
CMS platforms (Umbraco/Liferay)
or
workflow automation (Nintex K2)
based on project assignments.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing development, ensuring code quality & security, managing integrations, supporting databases, and providing technical mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET developers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Architect, design, and implement .NET Core applications.
  • Build and maintain
    either:
  • CMS portals
    using
    Umbraco CMS or Liferay
    ,
  • OR
  • Workflow automation solutions
    using
    Nintex K2
    .
  • Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement microservices and complex integration projects.
  • Manage and optimize databases (performance, reliability, high availability).
  • Oversee DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical direction.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development using
    .NET Core
    .
  • Strong experience in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with
    MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes
    , and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, software best practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
    .
  • Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
