Role Description

This is a
full-time, On-Site role based in Qesm El Nozha, Cairo, Egypt
. The purpose is to take ownership of technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and architect robust solutions that support our scalable, modern systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, that will thrive on designing cloud-native applications and driving engineering excellence across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop cloud-native applications using C# and AWS services.
  • Researching, designing, and implementing assigned tasks.
  • Review code, support engineers, and set high standards for quality and performance.
  • Identifying areas for modifications in existing applications and subsequently developing these modifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-impact features.
  • Contribute to setting technical vision and long-term architecture strategy
  • Writing and implementing efficient code to implement the required task.
  • Perform quality assurance procedures and unit testing to assure the quality of the work delivered.
  • Deploying and adhere to software development tools, processes and metrics.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues and coding problems.
  • Collaborate with members of the project team (including designers, testers and developers) to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of the developed applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and modern backend development practices.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS
  • Experience in relational and non-relational database design and development.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and various software architecture patterns
  • Experience with microservices and cloud-native principles.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
