Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Procurement Supervisor. The Procurement Supervisor will oversee daily procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with internal departments. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, sourcing materials, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with suppliers to maintain strong partnerships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and securing favorable terms
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance and optimize procurement processes
  • Experience in sourcing and understanding market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
  • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus
  • Automotive or Spare parts experience is a must.
