PMO
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development Sector,
located in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the
    PMO structure, policies, and procedures
    aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure proper
    project governance, reporting, and documentation standards
    across all business units.
  • Oversee
    project portfolio management
    , including prioritization, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project performance, KPIs, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    ,
    Project Management
    , or a related field
  • MBA
    or
    PMP
    Certification is a
    MUST
    .
  • From
    10
    to
    15
    years of experience in
    project management
    , with at least
    5 years in a PMO leadership role
    within
    Real Estate Development Sector. (MUST).
  • Proven experience in
    managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management software.
