Role Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will play an essential role in processing financial transactions and supporting administrative operations. This position requires accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process card and ACH payments accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile daily transactions and maintain organized financial records
  • Manage and respond to emails related to payment and account matters
  • Update internal schedules and support fee inquiries and collections

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    (graduates only)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
