About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Junior Cost Controller
to support our Finance & F&B teams in monitoring daily costs, reviewing inventory, and ensuring accurate cost reporting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with basic experience in hospitality costing or accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily food & beverage costs and verify receiving, transfers, and consumption.
  • Assist with monthly and weekly inventory counts.
  • Review invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes for accuracy.
  • Update cost data in the ERP/POS system (e.g., FMC, Micros, Adaco, Simphony).
  • Prepare basic cost reports and highlight variances.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, Kitchen, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
  • 0–2 years of experience in cost control or hospitality operations.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with cost control systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
